As an exchange, bets are matched between members. A bet is only active once matched. Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event and our market rules. We reserve the right to void bets affected by obvious error, technical fault or suspected manipulation.
5. Commission
We may charge commission on net winnings for exchange markets. The applicable rate is shown in your account and may be updated from time to time with notice.
6. Bonuses and promotions
Bonuses and promotions are optional and subject to their own terms, including any wagering requirements. We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and may reclaim bonus funds obtained through abuse or fraud.
7. Fair use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to collude with other members, to use automated tools or bots, or to exploit errors. Breach may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds gained through the breach.
8. Responsible gaming
Betting must remain a form of entertainment. We provide deposit limits, reality checks and self-exclusion. Please see our Responsible Gaming page and use these tools if you need them.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including interruptions to the Site or third-party services.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity of our markets. You may close your account at any time after settling outstanding bets.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
